Catador replicates the industry standard SCAA coffee cupping scoresheet with an intuitive system utilizing sliders for sensory criteria and tick boxes for marking off-cups in the categories of Uniformity, Clean Cup, and Sweetness.

When you touch the Notes line, a virtual keyboard pops up allowing you to input comments. Total scores are instantly and accurately tallied in the Total Score box on the right-hand side. Its straightforward approach combines simplicity with perfect functionality.

In addition to its user-friendly interface, Catador offers administrative features that enhance its practicality in the field.

• Users can effortlessly manage cupping flights on the Home screen by adding or deleting them. Each group of samples can be labeled with either generic alphabetic labels or unique names, supporting both Arabica and Robusta varieties.
• For added security, users have the option to permanently lock each flight after completing the cupping session or when required to submit a Q Grader cupping evaluation. Catador generates a popup warning to prevent inadvertent modifications.
• Recognizing the importance of data exportation, Catador includes an email function for sending scores as a text document to any email address. Moreover, it provides a .CSV file format that can be imported into various applications or spreadsheets.
• An Airprint feature enables wireless printing to any Airprint-enabled printer for convenient physical copies of your cupping session outputs.
• The latest version further enhances sharing capabilities with an Airdrop feature available across supported iOS devices.
